I ordered this product, because my mother recently moved into assisted care and my brother and I had to pack up her house. My mom wanted me to take her crystal and china. It was a big job made easier by this product which took care of every odd piece (serving platter to creamer) that I needed to pack. When I ordered these felt plate protectors, I thought they were round, which is why I purchased them. They are square, which is what is now shown in the picture, so even I am confused as to why my surprise when I opened the package. Actually, if your china or tableware is square, this is probably really great news for you! They will work with plates of either shape. The thickness is a huge improvement over the dividers that come with storage sets, yet not too bulky – just perfect. I ordered white, but the color is light (dove) gray. I have made triple-sure that this review is connected to the product I actually ordered. The quality is excellent, as was the promptness of the shipment from this seller. If you want square dove-gray protectors, then this is a 5-star product, and I highly recommend it.

These china storage cases are very attractive- the gray is nice, and I love the fact that you can label them. Unfortunately, the second-largest plate storage case in my shipment was badly sewn, and the stitching popped out on one side of the zipper the first time I put plates into it. Everything else looks sturdy. Also, felt plate separators are included, which is a nice touch.

Before buying a garment rack, I read reviews of several products and then purchased the product with the highest reviews, despite the higher cost. I was terribly disappointed! After about two weeks, the plastic that surrounds the metal on the side of the rack we had up higher broke. So, I made that the lower side of the rack and turned it around. Then the same thing happened with that side. I resigned myself to having both sides at the same level (which is NOT ideal). But then the plastic holding the bottom of one pole, right near the wheel, broke! So now I had three poles still in the plastic base and one that had to be set on the floor. We just had to throw this away! And I did not have this terribly overloaded. There were no coats or heavy items – just tops and bottoms for a petite female hanging on plastic hangers. The problem with most of the reviews for this item (and others, anywhere things are reviewed) is that people review these before using them for any length of time. Trust me, unless you are only planning to hang up very, very small number of items, save your money!

I bought this extra rod to enable my daughter to hang up and access her own clothes, and I’m pleased with the quality, adjustability, and simplicity of design. The assembly was pretty easy, although one clarification for other buyers that’s not mentioned in the instructions: The openings on both ends of the horizontal rod are slightly tapered. It will slide onto the vertical rods either way, but make sure to slide the horizontal rod on with the narrower end of the tapers up. That way, when you back the rod down over the black plastic stoppers, the wider tapered ends will cover the stoppers well. (This will make a lot more sense when you start putting the thing together).
