I have had some problems with my Ipod and want the new Ipod touch 4g when it arrives in september. What do I say to be able to get the new one? Or will they replace with it a refurb 3gen? My friend did it to get her 3g ipod touch but we dont talk anymore. Thanks for any help.

I own an iPod touch 3g and the photos that I have on the iPod at the moment are photos I got from the internet on the iPod. I was just wondering, is there a way to put photos from the computer onto your iPod touch without deleting the old ones? Thanks in advance.
