For sum reason whenever i plug my ipod into my computer a window pops up that says An iPod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod, then try again. i did what it told me to do but it still isn’t working what should i do? i don’t think the iTunes is at fault b/c i tried it on a different computer and the same thing happened. also on the itunes window it doesn’t even show my iPod

I’ve plugged my iPod in a different computer before, and the only option is to delete the files or just leave the iPod in so it can charge. But the thing is, how do I plug my iPod in another computer without my data (songs, etc.) getting deleted? Please help and answer! Thank you.

My laptop broke, and I just got a new one. When my sister once tried syncing her iPod on a different computer, she lost all of her songs from sites like LimeWire and FrostWire, but all her songs downloaded from iTunes stayed on her iPod. I really want to avoid losing some of my songs, so how can I convert my music and update my iPod on my new laptop without losing my songs?

I received a new ipod for Christmas and want to put the songs from my old ipod on it. Also, my old ipod is synced up to a computer and I would like my new ipod synced up to a different computer. Can I do all of this with music rescue? Help!
