How would I add full length movies (from a DVD) to my Sony Walkman NWZ-S616F? (Using Windows Media Player) And If using a DVD isnt possible, how would I put videos onto the device? (Such as; videos from Youtube and such)

i have a sony walkman that i just bought off my friend but he has movies on it that i cant delete it only has 44 mb left so i cant put a lot of music i tried using windows media player to erase the songs and just opening a plain folder and deleting stuff but the movies are still on even though on the computer it sayed folder empty please help ps. its a little red walkman

So my ipod is synced with my stepdad’s computer on itunes. I’ve now put all my CDs on my computer, so I’d like to put the music from my computer on to my ipod. But thanks to Apple it will only let me add music from one computer.

So how do I delete the current music off my ipod and add it on from windows media player?
